Yes, you can apply for the visa with a loan letter by submitting an education loan letter from a recognized financial institution that confirms the education loan.Here is the proof of financial sponsorship or student loans for students according to the Immigration Rules-

1. An applicant relying on a student loan must show proof of the student loan by providing the loan letter from the lender that must:

(a) not be dated 6 months before the date of application; and

(b) affirm it is a student loan provided to the applicant by either the government or an academic or educational loans scheme or a government sponsored student loan company or an academic or educational loans scheme; and

(c) affirm there are no conditions on release of the loan funds other than a successful application to study in the Great Britain as a Student or Child Student; and

(d) affirm the loan amount; and

(e) affirm the loan belongs to the applicant; and

(f) affirm the funds will be:

(i) the fund should be available to the applicant before traveling to the UK, or

(ii) Fund should be paid  directly to the student sponsor with any living cost portion of the loan being made available to the applicant by the time they arrive in the UK before the applicant travel to the UK; or

(iii) if the loan is given by the applicant’s national government, it should be available before the applicant begins their course ; and

(g) affirm the lender meets the requirement at FIN 8.3(c).
